Memeriksa Hubungan Customer Brand Dalam Komunitas Brand Platform Media Sosial Produk Nature Republik

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer brand terhadap variable loyalitas brand dan WOM (word of mouth) dengan dimediasi oleh variable kepercayaan brand, sehingga dapat mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelanggan tersebut menjadi loyal dan percaya terhadap produk Nature Republik. Penelitian ini menggunakan komunitas brand konsumen skincare Nature Republik di platform media social yang berada di wilayah Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner melalui media google form kepada setiap konsumen yang menggunakan skincare Nature Republik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data 195 sampel dari pelanggan yang menggunakan produk Nature Republik kemudian mengolah data tersebut menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyatakan kepercayaan brand berpengaruh positif terhadap customer brand (komitmen), loyalitas dan Word of Mouth (WOM) dengan nilai T-Value 5,74; 2,87 dan 3,06 pelanggan dalam komunitas brand platform media sosial
