Penerapan Location-Based Service Pada Aplikasi Pos Pendakian Gunung Slamet Berbasis Mobile Android

Abstrak

Jalur pendakian Gunung Slamet pos Bambangan, Kabupaten Purbalingga sering kali dikunjungi dan dilalui oleh masyarakat yang melakukan pendakian. Pemerintah kabupaten dibantu oleh masyarakat setempat melakukan pengamanan berupa pendataan pendaki yang datang melalui jalur Bambangan. Pendataan yang tertib dapat membantu organisasi di lokasi penelitian, seperti pengembangan sistem rute pendakian gunung hingga keselamatan pendaki dan penggunaan data sebagai media untuk memberikan bantuan jika terjadi kecelakaan yang melibatkan peserta pendaki gunung. Pada pos pendakian, yang terpenting adalah pendataan identitas pendaki yang sistematis. Pendataan akan membantu kerja petugas mengetahui identitas dan riwayat pendaki serta kondisi kesehatan pendaki saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian lanjutan berupa penambahan fitur fungsionalitas layanan berbasis lokasi ke aplikasi pengguna. Tahap penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan kebutuhan sistem. Setelah identifikasi masalah dan menetapkan solusi, kemudian dilakukan perancangan desain sistem. Tahap akhir dari penelitian yaitu dilakukan pengujian aplikasi untuk memastikan semua sistem berjalan sesuai perencanaan untuk dapat diterapkan. Hasil penelitian adalah penerapan location-based service pada aplikasi pos pendakian gunung slamet sebagai media informasi lokasi titik kumpul peserta pendaki, titik pos pendakian, hingga titik rawan kecelakaan pada jalur pendakian. Penambahan fitur tersebut bermanfaat untuk memudahkan para pendaki dan dinas terkait ataupun petugas pos jaga untuk memberitahukan titik-titik penting di sekitar jalur pendakian.

Abstract

The climbing route of Mount Slamet in Bambangan post, Purbalingga Regency is often visited and traversed by people who climb. The district government is assisted by the local community to carry out security in the form of collecting data on climbers who come through the Bambangan route. Orderly data collection can help organizations at research sites, such as developing mountaineering route systems to climber safety and using data as a medium to provide assistance in the event of an accident involving mountaineering participants. At the climbing post, the most important thing is the systematic identification of climbers. Data collection will help officers find out the identity and history of climbers and the current health condition of climbers. This research is a follow-up study in the form of adding location-based service functionality features to user applications. The research stage is identifying the problem, determining the system requirements. After identifying the problem and determining the solution, then the system design is carried out. The final stage of the research is testing the application to ensure that all systems are running according to plan to be implemented. The result of the research is the application of location-based service on the application of the Mount Slamet climbing post as a medium for information on the location of the gathering point for climbers, climbing post points, to accident-prone points on the climbing route. The addition of this feature is useful to make it easier for climbers and related agencies or guard post officers to notify important points around the climbing route.
