Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of Indonesian Journal on Software Engineering (IJSE) must be:
1. For articles in Bahasa Indonesia, please use the reference to the correct "Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia Yang Disempurnakan" as can be followed through this link.
2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
3. Use a tool such as Mendeley or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose IEEE style
4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJSE paper template and Copyright Transfer Form when if accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
1. Title. The title of the paper is maxed 10 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
2. Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum of 250 words; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and conclusions.
3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction – The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) – Method –Results and Discussion – Conclusion
4. References. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers.

The following are the steps to submit a manuscript in the Paradigma Journal:

The author is welcome from various circles both Research Lecturers, Practitioners, Students from various countries, who have good papers to be readily published.

2. Download the template here.

3. Customize your manuscript with the Indonesian Journal on Software Engineering (IJSE) Journal Template format. If so, please login here, then Submit your Manuscript by clicking the New Submission link. Follow the guidelines that appear on the website to complete. Many fatal errors from the Author are not reading well the guide on TEMPLATE. Therefore, before submitting, please check and re-check your Manuscript, making sure you have followed the Template Guide. DON'T SEND / SUBMIT THE MANUSCRIPT THAT IS NOT APPROPRIATE TO THE TEMPLATE. For some reason, the manuscript does not fit the template is sometimes directly REJECT and/or Request to be corrected if the error is minor

4. If so, then your text will be immediately checked by the Editor and will be reviewed by competent reviewers.

5. To check the status of your script, please log in to the website. All activities in this Journal are web-based including the review process.

6. If something is asked of the editor, use the discussion menu available on the website page after you log in.

7. If your progress is not responded to after a maximum of 1 week, please email ejournal.ijse@bsi.ac.id by mentioning the name and title of the text.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER FORM

The copyright to this article is transferred to LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika if and when the article is accepted for publication. The undersigned hereby transfers any and all rights in and to the paper including without limitation all copyrights to LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.

We declare that:

This paper has not been published in the same form elsewhere.
It will not be submitted anywhere else for publication prior to acceptance/rejection by this Journal.
Copyright permission is obtained for materials published elsewhere and which require this permission for reproduction.
