Focus and Scope

Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen is intended as a platform for scientific research findings, theories, and critical-analytic research on Economics, Management, and Secretary, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Business issues. The scientific articles combine theoretical reviews and empirical studies from related sciences, recognizance and disseminating.

The editorial welcomes the manuscripts are:

the manuscripts have primary citations and have never been published online or in print.

Peer Review Process

The Editorial Board will select each article for consideration through a Preliminary Review procedure. It will be sent to a Peer Reviewer for selection through the Single-Blind Review procedure. Peer reviewers take more than two months to review the substantial and technical components of each manuscript. The manuscript will be sent back to the author for revision. Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen collaborates with peer reviewers who are specialists in their domains.

At least three articles recognized scientific journal publications have been written by inviting reviewers as the first author or a member of the authors.

The Single-Blind Review technique is used to send manuscripts to reviewers that are assessed to pique the attention of our readers. The Editor decides based on the reviewer's recommendations, with three options: rejected, revision, or accepted. The editorial board will select all manuscripts. If the manuscript does not fulfill the journal's standards, it will be rejected without further examination by the editors.

Editors have the authority to choose which papers are published later.

Review Process:

1. The author sends the manuscript.

2. Initial review by the Editor (some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before review). Under Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen regulation, the Editor will assign the reviewer to the manuscript which accomplished the template. If the manuscript is not following the focus and scope of Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen, it will be rejected. If there are not follow the template of Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen, the manuscript will be returned to the author.

3. The review process is carried out utilizing a blind review. There are two reviewers; if the assessment results are not balanced, they will be submitted to additional reviewers. 

4. Editor's decision. 

The Editor decides based on the reviewer's recommendations, with three options: rejected, revision, or accepted. 

5. Confirm to the author.

 

Publication Frequency

Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen is published twice a year, March and September.

 

Open Access Policy

Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen provides direct and open access freely and publicly to support a more comprehensive global exchange of knowledge. Readers can download and print published manuscripts and editions free of charge. All manuscripts, which have been published, will be available and free to download on the website.
