Pengaruh Person-Organization Fit dan Person Job Fit Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Tenaga Honorer Pemda Provinsi NTT
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-organization fit (P-O Fit) dan person job fit (P-J Fit) terhadap komitmen organisasi (KO). Dalam penelitian ini akan menguji tiga hipotesis yaitu 1) person-organization fit (P-O Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) person-job fit (P-J Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3. person organization fit dan person job fit berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap komitmen organiasi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah tenaga honorer yang bekerja pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi NTT, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Uji hipotesis dengan regresi, menggunakan software SPSS Statistics Versi 27. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan ketiga variabel memiliki nilai Cronbach Alpha di atas 0,7 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua alat ukur dalam penelitian ini memiliki nilai reliabilitas yang dapat diterima. Hasil uji ketiga hipotesis menunjukkan angka signifikansi dibawah 0,05. Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (KO). Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (KO). Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) dan Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (KO).
This study aims to analyze the effect of person-organization fit (P-O Fit) and person job fit (P-J Fit) on organizational commitment (KO). This study will test three hypotheses, namely 1) person-organization fit (P-O Fit) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) person-job fit (P-J Fit) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 3. person organization fit and person job fit simultaneously affect organizational commitment. The object of this research is honorary staff who work at the General Bureau of the NTT Provincial Secretariat, with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection methods by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Hypothesis testing with regression, using SPSS Statistics Version 27 software. The reliability test results show that the three variables have a Cronbach Alpha value above 0.7 so it can be concluded that all measuring instruments in this study have an acceptable reliability value. The test results of the three hypotheses show a significance number below 0.05. Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment (CO). Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment (KO). Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) and Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) simultaneously affect Organizational Commitment (KO).
