GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MEDIASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstract


Abstract - The aim of this study is to describe and analyze further the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at Lembaga Penyiaran Public (LPP) TVRI West Java. The study population numbered 298 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample of 75 people. Retrieving data using questionnaires, data analysis method using the Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that transformational leadership style significantly affect organizational commitment, organizational culture does not significantly affect organizational commitment, organizational commitment not significantly affect the performance of the employee, transformational leadership style has no effect and significant impact on the performance of employees, organizational culture influence significantly to the performance of employees, there is a significant influence and transformational leadership style on employee performance through organizational commitment, and there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment

Abstrak - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis lebih jauh mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) TVRI Jawa Barat. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 298 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, metode analisis data menggunakan Path Analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi, terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi
