Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Perpustakaan Digital Nasional (iPusnas) dengan Kerangka PIECES
Abstract
Abstract - iPusnas is a Digital Library Application (ePustaka) equipped with eReader for reading eBooks and social media features, owned by National Library Agency (Perpusnas) in cooperation with PT. Woolu Akasara Maya (Aksaramaya) as application developer. iPusnas is a social media platform for accessing eBookstore & e-Library, building network / community fellow readers, and also of course as an e-Reader to read eBooks. iPusnas can be accessed across various mediums of devices ranging from desktop and sitebased PCs (net-based), netbooks and tab-based hybrids (tab-base applications), and mobile (smartphonebased applications). In conducting analysis and evaluation activities there are several methods or models of analysis that can be used one of which is a model analysis of PIECES framework. To facilitate the evaluation, we offer an analytical approach with PIECES framework that outlines 6 focus weakness analyzes: Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency and Service. The results of this study found that the average measurement of satisfaction level is at 4.14 which means National Digital Library (iPusnas) has given satisfaction to the user.
