Sistem Kasir Dan Pendataan Stok Barang Pada Tata Distro Pacitan

Abstract

Deskripsi: Dalam pendataan stok barang hanya mengandalkan pencatatan pada sebuah buku saja sehingga tidak jarang ketika ditinggal pemiliknya, para pegawai mengalami kesulitan dalam melihat harga barang karena harus mencari dulu dalam buku besar.

Sistem penjualan memiliki banyak kelemahan, kebanyakan terjadi kesalahan pada pencatatan, dan pencarian data yang sulit karena setiap dilakukan mencari data penjual harus mencari pada buku besar. Tidak ada informasi khusus yang menginformasikan tentang jumlah stok barang sehingga tidak jarang ketika stok sudah habis pemilik toko baru mengetahui ketika terjadi proses transaksi sehingga mengecewakan pelanggan. Dengan dilakukan penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan pengembangan dari sistem sebelumnya yang telah berjalan pada Tata Distro sehingga pada bagian kasir agar proses transaksi dengan pelanggan bisa dilakukan dengan cepat. Mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja kasir serta pemanfaatan komputerisasi yang optimal sehingga lebih produktif serta pendataan stok barang lebih terjamin.

Description: In stock items only rely on the data collection record in a single book that is not uncommon when it left the owner, the employees have difficulty in seeing the price of goods because they have to look for first in a huge book. Sales system has many flaws, most errors in the recording, and search data that is difficult because each is done for the data sellers have to look at the ledger. There is no specific information that informs about the amount of inventory that is not uncommon when a stock has run out of new store owners know when a transaction process so disappointing customers.

With this research is expected to create a development of the previous system which had been running at Tata distributions so that the cashier in order to process the transaction with the customer can be done quickly. Able to improve the efficiency of the performance of a computerized cash register as well as optimal utilization so that more productive and more secure data collection inventory.
