Peningkatan Kinerja Bisnis Usaha Mikro Melalui Kajian Komitmen Dan Ambisius Pengusaha

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji komitmen, jiwa ambisius dan kinerja bisnis pengusaha dari Usaha Mikro yang ada di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survey pada 100 pengusaha Usaha Mikro di Kota Bandung, melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Data kuantitatif didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah untuk melihat hasil secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Temuan penelitian disampaikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara komitmen, jiwa ambisius pengusaha dengan kinerja bisnis pengusaha. Namun kinerja bisnis pengusaha dari Usaha Mikro di Kota Bandung dapat ditingkatkan lebih optimal melalui komitmen pengusaha. Penelitian bermanfaat untuk Dinas UMKM di Kota Bandung secara khusus dan pengusaha secara umum, bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan komitmen pengusaha berkaitan dengan kinerja bisnis.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the commitment, ambitious and business performance of entrepreneurs from Micro Enterprises in Bandung. The research method was conducted by survey on 100 micro business entrepreneurs in Bandung City, through multiple linear regression analysis. Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and processed to see results descriptively and verificatively. The findings of the research are submitted that there is a relationship between commitment, ambitious entrepreneurship and business performance of entrepreneur. However, business performance of entrepreneurs from Micro Enterprises in Bandung can be increased more optimally through the commitment of entrepreneurs. Research is useful for the Office of SMEs in Bandung in particular and entrepreneurs in general, that the importance of paying attention to the commitment of entrepreneurs related to business performance.
