Abstract


ABSTRAK

Bentuk-bentuk Kontrak Psikologis dan Fungsinya di Lingkungan Anggota Banser Kota Bandung menjelaskan hasil penelitian tentang ikatan kebersamaan dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan bentuk dari proses manajemen sumberdaya manusia. Dalam situasi seperti ini, maka dialektika dalam roda manajemen sumberdaya manusia bisa berjalam dalam harmonisai kedekatan psikologis bagi para anggota. Hal ini tentunya merupakan  pengembangan dari modal manusia yang ada untuk terus mendapatkan pencerahan atau peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya seperti yang diharapkan oleh organisasi. Kontrak psikologis adalah hal yang tidak bisa dihindari dalam mencapai harmonisasi demi kemajuan bersama yang melahirkan manfaat yang bisa menjadi tujuan bersama dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas organisasional. Bentuk-bentuk kontrak psikologis  yang dapat diimplementasikan sebagaimana mestinya, haruslah disesuaikan dengan tradisi-tradisi dalam budaya lokal yang berlaku dan menjadi bagian masyarakat tertentu yang tidak bisa dipisahkan, dan selanjutnya menjadi karakter masyarakat itu sendiri. Disini kontrak psikologis akan menemui momentum yang memang sangat dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan-pengembangan dalam membangun sumberdaya manusia bagi sebuah organisasi dengan budaya kerjanya yang khas. Dengan metoda penelitian kualitatif, maka bentuk-bentuk kontrak psikologis dan fungsinya dapat terungkap dan dijabarkan untuk diambil manfaatnya bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan.

ABSTRACT

The forms of Psychological Contract and its Implementation at Banser Members of Bandung City explains the bond of togetherness in an organization denotes process of of human resources mangement. In such situation, the dialectic in dynamic human resources should run in harmonization of  psychological bond for the members. It is a development of exist human capital to get enlightenment or the increasing of resources quality as the organization programmed. The psychological is the part of reaching harmozation for the sake of organizational progress in carrying out the organizational tasks. The forms of psychological contract that can be optimally implemented, must be based on the tradition of local culture that is valid for and it is the essential part of  certain society that can not be separated of, and becomes the society character its self. In such atmosphere the pasychological contracts would meet the moment that is needed for the sake of developments in establishing human resources for in an organization with the characteristic culture’s work of organization. By using research qualitative method, the forms of psychological contracts and its functions could be used by whom may need.
