Abstract - Hotel is one type of accommodation that use some or all of the building to provide an accommodation to eat and drink as well as other services are managed commercially. Pastry Section is one part kitchen, which plays a role in making cakes or commonly known as the cake to add to earnings in addition to hotel rooms and restaurants. Pastry section provides products of pastry can be enjoyed by guests. The method used qualitative descriptive method that describes a symptom, events, events that occur in the present related increase revenue in the pastry section Ros In Hotel. Pastry section products in the form of bakery products, pastry and cake every day are produced which become the flagship product it supports revenue Ros In Hotel sizeable addition to the cost of hospitalization.

Abstrak - Hotel adalah salah satu jenis akomodasi yang mempergunakan sebagian atau seluruh bangunan untuk menyediakan jasa pelayanan penginapan makan dan minum serta jasa lainnya yang dikelola secara komersial. Ros In Hotel mempunyai departemen-departemen yang memegang peran penting, salah satunya yaitu Pastry section. Pastry Section merupakan salah satu bagian kitchen, yang berperan dalam pembuatan kue-kue atau yang biasa dikenal dengan istilah cake untuk menambah pendapatan hotel selain kamar dan resto. Pastry section menyediakan produk-produk pastry yang dapat dinikmati oleh tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi pada saat sekarang yang berkaitan pastry section dalam meningkatan pendapatan Ros In Hotel. Bentuk produk dalam pastry section produk bakery, pastry dan cake setiap hari diproduksi yang menjadi produk unggulan hal ini menunjang pendapatan Ros In Hotel cukup besar selain biaya inap.
