Pengalaman Pelecehan Seksual Selama Praktek Klinik Pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan

Pelecehan seksual di tempat praktek kerja klinis merupakan sebuah bentuk tindakan yang dilakukan menyasar pada hal seksual yang tidak diinginkan dalam bentuk verbal, nonverbal, maupun psikologis yang mengganggu seseorang khususnya mahasiswa keperawatan. Penulis melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman pelecehan seksual yang tidak menyenangkan pada mahasiswa keperawatan ketika melakukan praktek klinik di area rumah sakit. Penulis menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan metode total sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Sehingga, penelitian ini melibatkan 252 responden mahasiswa yang telah melaksanakan praktek klinik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan self reported instrument, yaitu Sexual Experiences Quesionaire (SEQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelecehan seksual di tempat praktek klinik dialami oleh 143 mahasiswa (56,7%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka baik pihak instansi pendidikan dengan keterlibatan institusi rumah sakit harus membuat sebuah kebijakan baik untuk upaya pencegahan pelecehan seksual ataupun usaha penanganan pelecehan seksual.
