Sosial Budaya Dalam Kehidupan Klien Kanker Payudara: Study Literatur

ABSTRAK

Kanker payudara masih menempati urutan pertama sebagai penyebab kematian  pada kasus baru kanker di Indonesia bahkan didunia. Faktor sosial budaya merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita kanker payudara. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh sosial budaya dalam kehidupan klien dengan kanker payudara. Metodologi penelaahan artikel adalah dengan literatur review naratif pada penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang terpublikasi secara online dari tahun 2010-2017 dengan database EBSCO, CINAHL, Proquest dan Goggle schollar dengan menggunakan kata kunci sosial budaya, kanker payudara. Hasil telaahan didapatkan bentuk faktor sosial budaya yang teridentifikasi dalam  penelitian ini adalah unsur agama  (religi), komunikasi, informasi, dukungan sosial dan keluarga, kondisi sosial ekonomi dan pelayanan kesehatan. Faktor sosial budaya dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta perawatan penderita kanker payudara. Review ini menyimpulkan kajian penelitian menunjukan sosial budaya dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan serta kualitas hidup bagi penderita kanker payudara dari mulai awal didiagnosa. Intervensi keperawatan dengan berbasis sosial budaya sangat penting dalam penatalaksanaan perawatan kanker payudara.

ABSTRACT

Breast cancer mortality is a high rate cases in Indonesia and even the world. The purpose of this study was to explore the socio- cultural in breast cancer patients’ life. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence socio- cultural factor in breast cancer patients’ life. The methodology of the article review is with the narrative review literature on quantitative and qualitative research published online from 2010-2017 with EBSCO, CINAHL, Proquest and Goggle schollar databases using socio-cultural keywords, breast cancer. Search results are the socio-cultural factors identified in this study are religious (religious), communication, information, social and family support, socio-economic conditions and health services. Socio-cultural factors can affect and improve the quality of life and treatment of breast cancer patients. This review concludes that research studies show that social culture can affect life and quality of life for breast cancer patients from early on diagnosed. Nursing interventions with socio-cultural based is very important in the management of breast cancer care.
