ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul “Proses Strategi Pull Marketing Public Relations Planter Craft”. Topik yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategi pull marketing public relations Planter Craft dalam upaya mengenalkan Boneka Lumut yang telah dilakukan selama dua tahun namun belum memberikan hasil yang diinginkan. Penentuan sumber data yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jenis data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan penelusuran data online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan (planning) strategi pull dilakukan Planter Craft dengan menentukan tujuan, publik kunci, dan pesan mengenai produk. Pada tahap pelaksanaan (executing), Planter Craft mengimplementasikan strategi pull dengan aspek komunikasi berupa penggunaan media sosial, bazaar, dan workshop pembuatan Boneka Lumut. Evaluasi strategi pull yang dilakukan Planter Craft dilihat dari dua hal yaitu pengetahuan konsumen yang mengunjungi gerai pada bazar dan jumlah like dan komentar di Instagram.

ABSTRACT
The title of this research is “The Process of Pull Strategy Marketing Public relations by Planter Craft”. The topic raised in this research is about the planning, implementation, and evaluation process of pull marketing public relations strategy by Planter Craft in an effort to introduce Boneka Lumut that has been done for two years but has not given the desired result. The data source in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The method used for this research is descriptive study with qualitative data type. The data collection was held through interviews, observation, literature study, and online data searching The results showed that the planning of pull strategy that was conducted by Planter Caft is done by setting a goal, key publics, dan messages about the product. In the executing phase, Planter Craft implement the pull strategy by focusing on communication aspect such as the use of social media, bazaar and crafting Boneka Lumut workshop. The evaluation phase was done by observing the knowledge of stand visitors in bazaar and the amount of like and comment on Instagram.
