Desain Vending Machine Rujak Buah dengan Finite State Automata

Abstrak - Rujak buah sebagai makanan tradisional telah menjadi makanan global namun penjualannya masih secara tradisional dengan menggunakan gerobak keliling. Penjualan rujak buah dapat dikembangkan dengan cara lebih modern yaitu dengan vending machine rujak buah. Untuk memperdalam pemahaman mengenai salah satu model komputasi yang paling mendasar, dalam desain vending machine rujak buah akan memanfaatkan metode finite state automata model mealy machine. Dengan desain finite state automata, penelitian ini telah menghasilkan desain mesin penjaja otomatis rujak buah yang dapat menerima masukan dan pemilihan kombinasi dari beberapa jenis buah sebagai bahan rujak buah serta pemilihan bumbu sambal sesuai tingkat kepedasan yang menghasilkan keluaran sesuai yang diharapkan. Produk rujak buah yang dijual dengan mesin penjaja otomatis diharapkan meningkatkan nilai tambah berupa otomasi, pengemasan dan kehigienisan suatu produk yang dapat menarik konsumen secara luas.

Indonesian fruit salad as a traditional food has become a global food but its sales are still traditionally using mobile carts. The sale of indonesian fruit salad can be developed in a more modern way by using a fruit rujak vending machine. To deepen understanding of one of the most basic computational models, in the design of fruit salad vending machines will utilize the mealy machine model finite state automata method. With the finite state automata design, this research has produced a fruit salad vending machine design that can receive input and selection of combinations of several types of fruit as fruit salad ingredients and chili seasoning selection according to spiciness level that produces the expected output. Indonesian fruit ruit salad products sold with automatic vending machines are expected to increase added value in the form of automation, packaging and hygiene of a product that can attract consumers widely.
