Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Promosi Jabatan Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching

Abstract - Employees are the main human resource assets of a company. In meeting the needs of human resources in a particular position can be done by providing opportunities for existing employees to get a promotion. However, employee appraisal is usually only done on certain aspects so that it will be difficult for company leaders to make the decision to choose employees with similar levels and abilities. This study is to provide recommendations for promotion of positions with Intellectual, Attitude, Behavior, and Performance criteria using the profile matching method in solving problems contained in the promotion of PT. Mitrausaha Gentaniaga position. This method is done in stages: mapping competency gaps, weighting, calculation, and grouping of core factors and secondary factors, then calculating the total value and the last is calculating the rank value. From the calculation of the ranking, it is known that the employee with the highest value who is entitled to get a promotion is an employee with the SM2 code on Hendy's name, earning a final score of 4.65.Keywords: human resources, profile matching, promotion of positions
