PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU DAN FASILITAS BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN
Abstract
Competence of teachers and learning facilities are factors that effect to improve learning achievement handles duplication of documents. Population and sample in this study class XI student programs office administration skills in vocational Private Semarang District in 2009/2010 totaled 128 students. The variables in this study consisted of teacher competence and learning facilities as the independent variable and academic achievement MPD as the dependent variable.
Data collection techniques and documentation techniques, while analysis of the questionnaire data used in the descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained designation that teacher competence total score of 10,622 with good criteria and learning facilities to obtain a total score of 5602 with a good criterion, too. There is a positive effect between the competence of teachers and learning facilities for academic achievement, it is shown from the regression equation Y = 27.273 + 0.232 X1 + 0.255 X2 = 19.027 and F count the influence of 22.10% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study .
