Peran Kompensasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Di Perusahaan Kintetsu World Express
Abstract
The focus of this study is to assess the role of compensation on employee performance at Kintetsu World Express. Compensation is an important variable that triggers employee productivity, so proper compensation management can have a significant impact on both individual and company performance. The research framework used is quantitative with associative relationship analysis to reveal the correlation between independent variable factors (X) and dependent variables (Y). Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents who were active employees of the company. To analyze the data, using simple linear regression analysis to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y), meaning that the better the compensation system implemented, the higher the performance given by employees. This finding implies that companies need to continue to evaluate and develop compensation strategies in order to maximize the achievement of company goals.
