PERANAN COOK DI EVENT KITCHEN HOTEL HYATT REGENCY BANDUNG

Abstract:

Hotel is one of tourism supports, which is very important to accommodate tourist needs, related on home staying,restaurant,event organizing and entertainment, so service quality factor that gift become the key of success. Event organizing become the trends that has potential to be developed,one of quality service that very important is providing a dish for event activities, so chef part in kitchen event become the aspect that could deciding good or not the running of the event. Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung as 5 stars hotel has 6 outlets to support the dish service for the event that held on the hotel.those 6 hotels are Banquet Kitchen outlet, Taruma Café Kitchen outlet, Regecy Kitchen outlet, Cha Yuen Kitchen outlet, Commissary Kitchen outlet and Simider Kitchen outlet. In a outlet there’s usually has 6 til 7 cook.Where as they had their own part,such as chef de partie that providing and controlling the goods, and commis that managing the goods become the dish that could be served for the event activities. The every parts is very important for the succed of the event,and the succed of the event could impact the image of the hotel.
