Analisa Pengaruh Tingkat Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman

Abstrak

 

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) terhadap Peran Gender, Usia, Pendidikan dan Masa Pengabdian Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) sejauh mana pengaruh tingkat kepemimpinan terhadap Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman, (2) sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta, (3) Sejauh mana tingkat komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta, dan (4) sejauh mana tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mempengaruhi Abdi Dalem di Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase tertinggi ada pada tingkat kepuasan kerja dengan perkiraan 81,85% berdasarkan karakteristik umur. Persentase terendah juga terjadi pada tingkat kepuasan kerja yaitu sekitar 68,5% menurut karakteristik pendidikan. Berdasarkan pengategorian masing-masing variabel dan karakteristik didapatkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki kategorisasi yang sangat tinggi untuk semua karakteristik.

Analysis of the Influence of Leadership Level, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Roles of Gender, Age, Education and Service Period of Servants at Pura Pakualaman

 

Abstract

 

This study was conducted to analyze the influences of the level of leadership, work satisfaction, organizational commitment, and of the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the Role of Gender, Age, Education and Service Period of Abdi Dalem in Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta. The objectives were to have some knowledge of: (1) the extent to which the leadership level influenced  the Abdi Dalem in Pura Pakualaman, (2) the extent to which the work satisfaction level influenced  the Abdi Dalem in Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta, (3) the extent to which the organizational commitment level influenced the Abdi Dalem in Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta, and (4) the extent to which the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) level influenced the Abdi Dalem in Pura Pakualaman Yogyakarta. The research method used is Descriptive statistics analysis.The results of the study revealed that the highest percentage was on the work satisfaction level at the approximate number of 81,85% based on age characteristic. The lowest percentage was also on the work satisfaction level at the approximate number of 68,5% according to the education characteristic. Based on the categorization of each variable and characteristic, it was found that the organisational commitment has very high categorization for all characteristics.
