Abstract:

Company requires a factor of potential human resources both leaders and employees on assignment and supervision patterns is the determinant of achievement of corporate objectives. Individual's ability to lead is attached to the biological aspects of the self of the leader, the leadership may not be separated from the individuals who serve as leaders themselves. Human resources is a central figure in the organization or company. Management activities in order to run properly, the company must have employees who are knowledgeable and highly skilled as well as efforts to manage the company as optimal as possible so as to increase employee performance. Good performance is optimal performance, the performance standards organization and support the achievement of organizational goals. Good organization is the organization trying to improve the skills of its human resources, since it is a key factor to improve employee performance, increase employee performance will bring progress for the company. Factors that can be used to increasing the performance of employees is a style of leadership, motivation and work discipline. The right leadership style will lead to employee motivation to excel
