Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penanganan Mahasiswa Bermasalah Dengan Metode AHP Dan Promethee

Abstract


Abstract - Decision Support System (DSS) is used to support the stages in making a decision in various fields such as in terms of decision-making to determine the student in question or who commit violations. The criteria for doing so are drawn from academic (index value achievement, study duration, leave and attendance), finance and student affairs (alcohol, drugs and fighting. The method used for decision making troubled students is by using AHP and Promethee. AHP method is used to obtain the relative weighting of each criterion and generates the weight values are then used in the method PROMETHEE to calculate the value of leaving flow, entering flow and net flow. Search or selecting students in this study ultimately produce a list of students who will be given attention and special handling in order to complete studies on time with satisfactory results, and handling in accordance with academic rules and regulations.

Abstrak - Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) digunakan untuk mendukung tahapan dalam pengambilan suatu keputusan dalam berbagai bidang seperti dalam hal pengambilan keputusan untuk mengetahui mahasiswa yang bermasalah atau yang melakukan pelanggaran. Kriteria-kriteria untuk melakukan hal tersebut diambil dari bidang akademik (nilai indek prestasi, lama studi, cuti dan absensi), bidang keuangan dan bidang kemahasiswaan (miras, narkoba dan berkelahi. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa bermasalah adalah dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan Promethee. Metode AHP digunakan untuk memperoleh bobot relatif dari masing-masing kriteria dan menghasilkan nilai bobot selanjutnya digunakan dalam metode promethee sampai menghitung nilai leaving flow, entering flow dan net flow. Pencarian atau pemilihan mahasiswa dalam penelitian ini akhirnya menghasilkan daftar mahasiswa yang nantinya diberi perhatian dan penanganan khusus agar dapat menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu dengan hasil yang memuaskan dan penanganannya sesuai dengan aturan akademik yang berlaku.
