Abstract


Education of children and the education of children with special needs is a form of education that
focuses formation and physical development (motor coordination) intellect (the intellect,
creativity) emotional intelligence (attitude and behavior) in accordance with the language and
communication development of children ages. With current technological advances have enabled
learning methods for young children and children with special needs to be developed and a wide
range of one method development using multimedia technology. Multimedia learning is the
creation of an environment that allows the learning process in a way to channel the message of
knowledge, skills and attitudes that can stimulate the thoughts, feelings, concerns thereby
deliberately creating a learning process for children. Created multi-media tailored to the theme of
learning for young children and children with special needs will be able to make it easy for both
teachers and learners to interact with each other so that the ultimate goal of learning can be
achieved with the optimal.
